This webinar is suitable for those who are considering pregnancy, are currently pregnant or are postpartum (there is no time limit on how recently or how long ago you had your baby!).
Many women experience difficulty with their body image as a result of the physical and psychological changes that occur during pregnancy and motherhood. There are multiple reasons for this, including: your body image and dieting history prior to pregnancy, the extent of physical changes that occur, the change in identity that comes with motherhood, and the influence of media messaging about postpartum bodies and 'bouncing back'.
During this webinar, we'll look at what has shaped your view of your body over time, why you have certain beliefs or rules about what you want to happen after having a baby, why negative postpartum body image is holding you back from living the life you want, and how you can develop a healthier and more positive relationship with your body.
