Bristol Body Image & Disordered Eating Coach

An evidence-based, compassionate approach to understanding the science behind your emotional eating and body image struggles.

You might be here if you're experiencing:

Binge eating or feeling out of control around food

You find yourself eating past fullness, eating in secret and struggling with shame about how much you eat.

Emotional eating and using food to cope

Stress, boredom, anxiety, loneliness- food is always your response and you don't know how to control this.

Yo-yo dieting and being all-or-nothing about food

You've tried so many diets. You find it works, until it doesn't. Then you're back at square one.

Constant body criticism and comparison

You're always checking your reflection (or avoiding it). You scrutinise photos and compare yourself to others.

Food anxiety and obsessing about eating

Calorie counting, food rules, fears around certain foods, guilt after eating 'bad' things. You're feeling stuck.
