Imagine sitting with a client who opens up about their body image and knowing exactly how to support them.

Body image comes up all the time, yet most practitioners have had zero training in how to talk about it. Instead of fumbling for the right words, Googling later or wondering how on earth you can help, you can turn theory into practice.

Become the competent coach your clients are crying out for.

You're not alone if:

That gap between caring about your clients and feeling genuinely equipped to help them?

That's why you're here.

Here's what's actually going on.

Your clients' body image struggles aren't a mindset problem that positive affirmations will fix.

They're not about self-discipline, generic plans or just needing to love themselves more.

What we're talking about is based in neuroscience and psychology.

Years of conditioning.

Diet culture and family influence.

Nervous system responses that have nothing to do with willpower.

Which means the "just be kinder to yourself" approach isn't going to cut it.

Understanding the actual science behind body image AND knowing how to talk about it makes you genuinely, measurably more effective with your clients.

Have a clear, confident understanding of your scope of practice, so you can do meaningful work whilst protecting your clients (and yourself)

Your Teacher

Why I'm the best person for the job.

I take a multidisciplinary approach. Nutritionist + REBT, ACT, MI + counselling + somatic awareness + body image research. Most courses and teachers focus on one thing. I bring behavioural psychology, the neuroscience of eating, and the therapeutic lens.

I explain complex ideas without dumbing them down. As a former teacher, I’ve had plenty of experience explaining complex topics in a way that's accessible without being patronising. I know you’ve got a good head on your shoulders and are eager to learn.

I understand scope of practice from the inside. As a trainee counsellor, I live in the boundary between coaching and therapy every day. I’ve worked with hundreds of people, and have run a successful coaching practice for 5 years.
