Hi, I'm Maya Robinson.

Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
with qualifications in Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and Counselling Skills.

I provide evidence-based online nutrition consultations to support people struggling with yo-yo dieting, negative body image, binge eating and disordered eating.

Using a multidisciplinary approach, I incorporate nutrition science, body image research, behavioural psychology and therapeutic techniques to help you change the way you see food and your body.
