Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner,
trained in Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy.
I provide expert online nutrition consultations and use an evidence-based approach to support people struggling with yo-yo dieting, negative body image, binge eating and disordered eating.
Using a multidisciplinary approach, I incorporate nutrition science, body image research, behavioural psychology and therapeutic techniques to help you change the way you see food and your body.
